Why No Duke Griz Broadcast???

I have Dish Network and it says the Duke Griz game is on Channel 420 (Fox Sprots South) but when I go to record it - it says not available in your area. What is up with that. Anybody else able to get the game on Cable or Directv? I did call Dish and they said they tried to fix the problem but were unsuccessful in their attempt!!! Damn!!!

It is also being broadcast on channel 628 on DTV. If I recall that should be NESN. I have my dvr ready.
