Hope Forbes learns to control his as well. Hard to take a three step drop when you’re using your first step to jump up and grab a high snap. Given the amount of less than quality snaps, I think Sam still did a good job getting back in the play and going through his progressions. Not perfect, wouldn’t expect a sophomore with minimal to no collegiate game experience to be.

Good point. Wasn't exactly like last years Weebs long snapper vs MSdUi, or ISUs FG snapper launching a rocket over the kickers head(both cost their team the game), but needs to be fixed NOW.

Well the board clearly has all types

The idealists who live 2-3 decades ago and use that as a measuring stick of everything we should be.

The existentialist’s who live in a pre or post Bob Stitt/Bobby Hauck world.

The pragmatists who always think the grass is greener on the other side of the fence (East of the divide or further East to Fargo, and find themselves disappointed with everyone and everything except for a singular moment of a national title that won’t be enjoyed if or when it comes.

Then there’s another category of delusionist’s who may be a combination of any or all of the above with a true disconnection from the real world. Mainly Scat, spud, Eag, Bison fans and other degenerates.

I’ll gladly take a realistic and objective approach.
