Where's Dan Carpenter?

With all the unbelievably shitty field goal kicking going on in the NFL this year and kickers being cut left and right, I was curious where Dan is at these days? I'm surprised he hasn't been signed somewhere. Did he retire?

Don't know if he ever officially retired, but Carpenter hasn't played since 2016.
