Exited? Are you leaving Mslacat?

I'm definitely getting excited. Already have roadtrips to Des Moines and Cali lined up. Considering another to Flagstaff and Sacramento as well. I might even be able to hit up Boise State if work plays out right.

It'll be a big year. The only things keeping the two Montana schools from dominating the BSC are egos. It'll be interesting to see how both schools come together going into the tourney.

Can't wait for November to get here!!!

I've had enough changes in my life the last 4 months, thank you very much, I think I will stand pat.

I am though real interested in seeing the new freshman class (including Hasquet) on the court.

Anyone hear how long seyfert is out?

He had surgery recently. The normal recovery time for a torn ACL is 6-9 months depending. So that puts him after the season before he could play again. I guess there is a chance that he could rehab at an accelerated rate, but late February is 5 months. That's cutting it short - don't know if it's a possibility. I'm sure he's going to try his darndest to get back though. Because of his transfer, he isn't eligible for a medical redshirt, if what I heard is correct.

:dope: :dope: Big guy from Weber back this year ??? :dope: :dope:

I think that is a question :type:

If it is the answer is NO

Weber did recruit a couple very nice new Big men

Given the relative small number of returning players, the loss of Seyfert and injury to Hasquet, it should not suprise anyone if the GRIZ struggle some early on.

I don't know where the Griz will finish-I said 2nd or 3rd. I cant even remember already, but losing Seyfert had no factor in choosing. I wish no injury on the guy, but I think we'll be better off without him. He had about 2 good games last year. How is losing him gonna hurt us? Strait has a million more paint-moves and much quicker feet on defense. All Seyfert could do was dunk if left uncontested, that's about it. He has no jump-shot, no touch, slow feet, and fouls and travels a lot. Yeah we don't have a lot of size, but I rather have talent on the court than size.

6'11" Lance Allred is back for Weber along with Riggs and Stovall. True, we don't have a good match-up against Allred, but who does in the Sky?

Although I found this on Weber's site so maybe they aren't as set as they seem:
