What's going on in the Griz locker room before the game?

Did any of you catch the JMU's head coach speech before he unleashed his boys on NDSU? I don't know about you but the hairs on the back of my neck stood straight up & I was ready to run thru a brick wall for that coach ( and I don't even know the guy and haven't strapped the pads on for 20 years)! After personally watching the Griz come out against NAU & catching most of the other games on TV, there is just no emotion out there. I know a coach's pregame speech doesn't win any game but if you can come out of that locker room & punch your opponent in the mouth before they do, it sets the tone & gets in your opponents head to let them know they are in for a long day. Football is just as much mental as a physical game. I could be way off here but I just don't see the Griz coming out willing to run thru any brick walls for anyone!

His speech before the game last week versus Sam Houston was even better. That replay might still be up on WatchESPN. It's worth a look.

what ever was said or tried needs to change next year. I envy the first year coach's (didn't need 3-5?) passion and I miss watching griz in dec..pray for change next year but I predict same old stitt!

He is...what...he is! Nothing More. Watching Baldwins' teams has shown me that coaches make the difference at the FCS level. He deserves a bigger role when he (Baldwin) decides it time. Actually, I would love to see him with a generous pool of Pac12 level talent!
