Marinated country style rips just got popped into the oven to cook all day. Hoping it will shred/pull nicely to make some tasty samwiches :thumb:
 
Hard Italian Salami on a stick (no joke) Lipton Mushroom rice packet, fire toasted hard rolls with a slab of Hutterite sweat cream butter, a sliver of five year aged extra sharp tillamook white cheddar, Bitterroot Macintosh apple and some Halloween candy.

I'll be five miles up the mountain sleeping under a tree and poking a campfire with a stick tonight. Oh, and yes I have an aluminum bottle filled with Fireball. I figure a false sense of warmth is better than no sense of warmth.

Montana beef on the grill--T-bones with 4H potatotes. All this talk of smoking pork shoulders is intriguing though. :thumb:
 
Griz-Cat Bump Folks!!

Got 4 different sets of wings marinating that will be grilled briefly during halftime, then finished in the often.

FTC!
 
Hickory smoked brats from the grill, then drowned in a pot of sauce on the stove. Lake's Yukon gold baked potatoes, and lots of Cold Smokes.

Buffalo chicken dip, party ham sliders chex party mix, Sam Adams October fest, and some vodka cranberry for the wife.
 
We know that snap has his sack of potatoes, but what else is Griz Nation noshing on today?
I took advantage of the nice December weather and grilled up a nice boneless rib-eye steak :thumb:
