What Missoula area SR's could play for the GRIZ?

I am not in the area, so hope some of you can help me out here. Who are some of the Missoula area players that may have what it takes to play for the GRIZ. I cannot watch these kids live, being I do not live there any longer, here are a few names, please add to this list and comment on these guys as well.

Maus (sp?) Sentinel- We have already mentioned him here. The Missoulian article on him certainly made it sound like he was likely to become a GRIZ.

Brenden Gregg, Hellgate- This kid is making big plays every week. Unfortunately, does not have the talent around him to make a bigger impact. I have coached Brenden and can confirm alot of things on his abilities. Unfortunately, the last few years I have not been able to see how he has progressed. He used to be very fast, big, and great athlete. Does he still have those traits? The results on the field have been impressive for him this year. He already has big plays receiving, interceptions, and retunring, and this against the best competition in the state. I really see no reason why the GRIZ should not consider him.

Drew Owens- I know absolutely nothing about this kid, but do see he is making a solid impact at Big Sky. Is he someone with the tools that could play Div 1 football.

I look forward to see other names and comments here.

I have had a chance to watch Maus, Gregg, and Owens in the last few weeks. Maus is by far one of the premier defensive players in the state. Great speed for his size, very explosive, and has excellent mobility in pass coverage for a LB. Gregg is a good all around player, gets big play opportunities because Hellgate is limited in skill area. Owens has great hands and good speed, unfortunately his size may limited opportunities at the Big Sky level. Probably more suited for NAIA.

One kid that I think could be a sleeper is Jace Prideaux from Sentinel. He has good size, speed, and excels on special teams. One of those all around athletes that can be used on either side of the ball.

Well thanks for the input so far. I really would like you Missoulian's pay close attention to Gragg when you get a chance. I think if he played for Sentinel or Bigsky, he would be a sure fire GRIZ recruit.

Owens is a great kid. He is being looked at by a couple of BSC schools for both track and football. As far as I know though, not the Griz.

Shawn Jensen from hellgate, I played football with this kid for two years and he is one of the toughest hard working players i have ever seen. I watched the hellgate big sky game last week and he had over fifteen tackles and had an interception ( and a chance for a second that was knocked away)

My bad, I overlooked Jensen because he has not been showing up in the paper. Jensen is a great student, fast, and strong too. I am glad he moved to Safety from Linebacker. That should have been done a few years earlier. He is also one hell of a baseball player, but very raw. Is he getting any kind of looks for either sport? If so, who is looking at him? I personally think he should try to walk on with the griz at safety or LB. He could get his weight to LB weight if needed.
