What is the worst part about Cats playing in Championship game for the Griz?

- Recruiting benefits for MSU.
- Griz fans trying to argue a dominating rivalry win is better than playing in a “regionally bracketed” NC game.
- Cats getting all the extra practice time leading up to the NC game.

I say the last one hurts Griz most. All the practice reps allotted to non-seniors along with upcoming spring football is huge. They are a senior laden team needing to be replaced next season.

UM will get more recruiting benefits along with MSU. Who cares about a few dimwitted griz fans? They're the same fans who've told us all that Cat fans value the Cat/Griz game too much -you can't have it both ways. So of these 3 choices I'll go with the extra practice time as well, but it's not that significant unless you're NDSU and do it for 10 years. Personally I think the worst part for the griz is that they had a really good team this year but couldn't put it all together. They're watching MSU catch lightning in a bottle at the right time. Griz are young - they'll have a great team again next season. So will the Cats.
