Does anyone really believe a taunt from some jackwipe in the stands is going to bother a guy who sat in a freaking jail for a couple years? FFS people, get real.

I think it's the right move by the University, but I'm curious how much say the head coach actually had.
It's a rare event, but I could not agree more; in fact, you simply beat me to the punch. I've not had or expressed a lot of respect for GD's or O'Day's willingness to stick their neck out and take a chance, but that is exactly what they've done here and I applaud them. No one will root stonger for JW than I; I love the way he plays and sincerely hope he has the maturity to make this work to his advantage. He was a tremendous hitter as a youngster; now he should be stronger; hopefully he's able to regain his speed after the long layoff.PlayerRep said:Kudus to UM and its administration, for supporting Wilson and welcoming him back. This shows some courage on their part, because it would have been easy to duck this situation. The specific support of Dennison and O'Day in the press release was interesting.
Exactly; igniting the chip on his shoulder will not be a wise thing to do.ronbo said:Grizbacker1 said:Does anyone really believe a taunt from some jackwipe in the stands is going to bother a guy who sat in a freaking jail for a couple years? FFS people, get real.
I agree. It will piss Jimmy off and he'll take the next guy he tackles head off.

Scratch Celloto, he won't be a Griz

He was a problem while he was in Missoula the first time, at least when he went downtown. Honestly, I was happy to see him leave Missoula because of all the trouble he caused while he was here. However, I believe in second chances and hope that this whole ordeal has humbled him. If he is as any good as he was, our secondary just got much much better.

What makes people think he won't be a Griz this fall?
