This IMO is the worst hire of the 5 this offseason. Weber's offense wasn't anything to ride home about, and this guy has only been coaching D1 football for a year. I realize they want to try and continue off of the success that Jay Hill has, but this guy doesn't appear to have any kind of track record whatsoever. Who knows, maybe it will work out, but Weber's an attractive place and an attractive job and I feel like they could've done better.
