Weber! Can't wait!

Well, I'm at least excited to watch Weber play Air Force. Another home game for them, right? Even though we couldn't, I hope you guys do the BSC well.

We should make Weber State take the sacrificial pilgrimage to the NCAA tourney next March. It's their turn to be in the barrel while a delusional GrizNation watches from their man cave. :thumb:

Thanks for the support guys, very much appreciated.

The Wildcats beat Air Force tonight 78-57 and we were told that we would also host a round 3 game.

Most likely the winner of the Oral Roberts/UC Irvine game.

Indeed! Hope you do get to host again! I watched the second half of the game, but I must say it really blows to not have any audio for the games, even if it is listening to Oscar the Grouch. Hope you take home some hardware!

Weber may be stinging for not winning the conference, however, these two blowout wins and now a chance for another post-season home game is really going to set Weber up for next year!

Air Force lost a guy named Lyons in MWC tourney to injury. He was the heart and soul of the team and was the only reason they won many games. Most feel his loss was why the AF was passed over by the NIT

good win by weber though AF was badly wounded

Actually it has been confirmed that Weber will host the winner of the Irvine/Roberts game

Kudos. Would be fun to watch the Grudge match with Oral. You could build a small rivalry with them if you play again in this tourney and then again next year.

While you snip away at everyone's backside; how enlightening.

No suprise we got a 3rd round home game considering the CIT roud 2 attendance so far. (still 2 games to play)

Air Force @ Weber State- 6,113
Rider @ East Carolina- 3,886
Illinois Chicago @ Northern Iowa- 3,025
Canisius @ Youngstown State- 2,596
Tulane @ Bradley- 1,897
Western Kentucky @ Evansville- 1,651

Loving these extra home games, and Jerry Bovee (Weber's AD) already said that if the CIT allows it, Weber would continue to host.

I am actually hoping for Oral Roberts, we have played both Irvine and Roberts already this year, but we had Irvine at home earlier this year, would love to Roberts in the DEE.

Yeah, I honestly don't see anyone remaining that stands out above Weber. No reason you can't cut some nets down this year. Not a bad consolation, I think.

Didn't western Kentucky just lose to Kansas in the NCAA tourney?

dude, come on! Maybe they can earn it and actually beat us in a big game! Don't know why you think they would have done any better than we did the past few years.....if we are so bad, you would think they could at least get past the lowly lowly griz in an important game. Gotta love seeing the griz bring home conference titles :thumb:

let weber have it...haha TIP we talked about this yesterday, why watch or post or be a fan with that attitude, lol...u gave me a fair answer but I gotta ask ya again :)

Sorry my bad, it was Eastern Kentucky

So, assuming Weber slaps around OR tomorrow, I would assume that the next opponent would be UNI? That would be such a great game!
