Well here we are, the last team in the big sky. Weber to me is gonna be the most intriguing team to watch in the big sky this year. IMO, I don't think they're gonna be as good as they were last year. It seemed like there whole offense flowed through that QB last year, now he's gone, so now where do they go? There defense isn't the strongest either.
VS. Montana Western- W
@ California- L
@. Sacramento St.- W
VS. UC Davis- W
@ Montana St.- W
VS. S. Utah- W
@ Cal Poly- L
VS. Montana- L
@ E. Washington- L
@ Portland St.- W
VS. Idaho St.- W
My prediction: 7-4 and Weber misses the playoffs due to one of their wins being against Western and Weber is on the outside looking in this year. That's my final prediction, what's your guys'?

Defense finished 4th in total defense and 1st in pass defense, and returns 10 starters. Could be the best in the conference. There are questions on the offensive side. QB Clark was never a fan favorite but he saw virtually all of the time at QB the past two seasons. It's to be seen if this season's starter is any better.

Sometimes a fresh face at QB can spark things, so it'll be interesting to see.

The only thing about Weber's defense last year is the level of competition played. Looking at the teams they played compared to the top ranked offenses, of last year's top 5 scoring offenses (EWU, UM, Poly, UNC, PSU) they played just 2 of those teams.

Regardless though, Weber I think is a sleeper team this year, especially if they can get some more out of their offense. That defense isn't bad at all by any means, and I'm a big fan of returning experience, which they have.
