I miss the days when O-Griz used to gather this info and there was a separate area that had all this catalogued.

And holy crap. The photos of that Ford Expedition she was driving…posted speed limit of 40 mph and that thing is DESTROYED. She had to be going well over the speed limit…sure hope alcohol wasn’t a factor. And I didn’t realize there were two OTHER people in the car who both survived.

Why were staff members in the vehicle with players? I find that interesting.

The players were with the staff members. Staff member driving. I wonder if the vehicle was a company car. A Ford Expedition seems like an odd vehicle for any of them to have. These pretty recruiting staff people work round the clock. Probably trying to keep the one guy from going to the NFL. What a bummer for all concerned.

In the Georgia accident the vehicle involved was a rental car used by UGA to get recruits from place to place. Driver was a recruiting assistant and it is unclear at this time whether or not she was authorized to be driving the vehicle at that time of night. Initial reports say no evidence of alcohol and she was traveling at an excessive rate of speed. Toxicology report will come later
