Yep. I incurred one of those recently. I'd take the East Missoula exit, personally.

I come in from East Missoula exit past the press box and turn left over the river to the 2nd light and then left down to lot M. Is there construction on this route? I mean do I need to alter my driving plan?

No construction on this route, may be busier than normal due to more people using east missoula exit.
