true. it was embarassing. then the grizlies lost to EWU. but before that, they lost to denver. but after that, they lost to MSU.

before zags lost to LMU, they beat wisconsin. illinois. washington state. oklahoma.

pretty tough to make the connection, buddy.

It was. We have an incredibly young team (1 returning starting senior) who can look really good and really bad. They cannot play well consistently. Throttling our main competition in the WCC during a one week span looked really good, but laying a dud at LMU looked bad. It is important for the young men to realize that they are not invincible. Losing now is better than losing in the tourney, obviously. Luckily for the Zags, we are a lock no matter what.

Now, I know the Griz beat LMU and that LMU beat Gonzaga. Montana could not beat Gonzaga. If you need evidence of this, please check the scores from games in the past when Gonzaga used to schedule down and play Montana.

The Griz would not beat Gonzaga! We beat LMU by 9 at their place & the Zags lose by 8! Any given nite, who is to say we could not beat them!
