I love Weber State Basketball. I love going to the Dee Events Center and watching them every year and cheering my guts out for them. With that said, this is four straight years that they have laid an egg in the post-season tournament. With high hopes of making a run at the NCAA tournament they can't deliver. Three straight seasons they have had their hopes dashed by Montana. What makes this even a more bitter pill to swallow is that in all 3 Montana losses in the tournament Weber had the lead at halftime. Two years ago they had a 20 point lead at the half only to watch Montana come out and blitz them in the second half to win the championship. Last year in the semi-finals I believe Weber had a 10 point lead to these guys only to lose by 15 or so. This year they have a 5 point lead and then up losing by 19!!. They were out-scored in the 2nd half 54-30! Each year Montana has outscored them by 20+ in the 2nd half to win. Twice this has been for the right to go to the big dance! Play big in the biggest moments! Very disappointing.
