Remember this coaching applicant list from a year ago? The University of North Dakota released the candidate list for their head coaching position.

I would assume that our list would likely have a few of the same names.
What is interesting to me is that they didn't have any obvious heavy hitter applicants. I doubt that we do either.
When these jobs open, we all assume that the AD will be choosing among some great candidates. Usually that isn't the case - the job is to find which "up and comer" really has the potential to be successful.
Plus, your "best" candidates are usually candidates for other jobs as well. This obviously hasn't been an easy task for Kent and Greg.
