I am surprised that I had not seen this on eGriz. Did I miss it somewhere?
Sad thing for such a great guy to think that he had no other options.

National handball champion Bill Peoples, 60, of Butte died Friday, Sept. 14, 2012, in Missoula.
He has been run over by a delivery truck on the University of Montana campus, apparently in an attempt to commit suicide, the Missoulian reported. An investigation is not yet complete.
Peoples, a Butte native, was named the University of Montana’s outstanding athlete in 1975 and was inducted into the Butte Sports Hall of Fame in 1996.
He has won several handball competitions, including seven U.S. national masters doubles titles and one U.S. national masters single title.
