I don't think FBS schools avoid the Griz. I do know that the Griz won't schedule a FBS road game unless it financially benefits them. FBS schools will just find the Portland St's of the world instead. I also know that UM doesn't like to schedule D2 games and it is a last resort when they can't find a FCS team willing to travel to Missoula.

The original post said we turned down a $600k offer to play. They said nothing else about other advantages to playing an FBS school. Attack Hike, not me. Like a fool, you’re barking up the wrong tree.
