i'm not a superstitious person at all, but i gotta admit i think we might have done better at isu w'o those stupid silver socks the griz wear every now and then. when players look good, they feel good. when they feel good, they play good. those ugly ass things are definitely not promoting the trend here.

yeah... And am I the only person who really like when they wear all burgandy? I know one of the coaches wives many years ago commented that the players looked like they were wearing pj's... they lost the game.... and have never worn the combination again. I kinda like them. Anyone else?

We wore all maroon against the Cats one year in Missoula, I think 1996 or 1998 and won. I like the look as well and think we should go with it at least once a year.
