Just rewatched the BSC title game. There were two moments that I LOVED watching.
Early in the second half, Art got a lob down low and had an open look, and got completely hammered with no call. The entire Griz bench rose as one to begin to dispute the call. Wayne simply put his hand down and gave a quick backward motion, as if to say, "Sit down, it's all right". In unison, the team sat. You could just SEE the respect, admiration and belief the entire team (from star to manager) had in Tinks. That was an awesome display of team chemistry!
Then a few minutes later, Tresnec turned and just threw the ball out of bounds for a turnover. The camera panned in on Rahe, who had a look of "here we go again". But the absolute BEST part was the incredulous look on the face of weber's 94 year old radio PBP guy!! I'm sure he was so damn frustrated trying to come up with a way to blame a ridiculous pass on the officials, that he almost couldn't stand it! :lol:
