I’m actually not a fan of the team walking out of the tunnel. It to me seems so anticlimactic. The Griz did the same thing two years ago for Cat/Griz and we lost that one too. When I watched them walk out on Saturday, I had a bad feeling, and it turned out to be right. Run out of the tunnel with your hair on fire like they did in 2008 with the throwbacks.

Anybody know why the team decided to walk out in ‘16 and this year?

Probably to try to look bad-ass and demonstrate their "swagger". It's one of those fake hustle things. It falls right between DOLA tee shirts and barb wire bicep tattoos.
