Toughest Opponent This Year

I went with App State, but only becuase it's our first game of the year and there's a lot of unknowns we'll have to work out to be successful in that game. If that game were later in the year, I would probably have gone with the CP or MSU game.

Regardless, 3-2 in these 5 games will bode very well for the seaon's overall results...3-2 here translates to 8-4, possibly 9-3.

a.s.u. and m.s.u. are 1 and 1a. i went with appy because their offense is tailor made to blow our secondary to pieces.

MSU will be tough on offense but their D has some ?'s
Eastern's Adams may not look so good without his stable of excellent receivers.
Poly and NAU will be tough but they just don't beat us very often...
14-2 all time against Poly
23-2 against NAU in the last quarter century

We NEED that win.

CPSLO we were damn lucky to beat them at home. They lose to Yale the week before at home. Yale is an also ran in the Ivy League. Bad lose for the Big Sky prestige.

Weren't all those teams ranked when we played them? It just seems hard to compare schedules when you plan for teams that are highly regarded until they lose to the Griz.
