Might sound good in theory but practically speaking is DAF. Forcing a DC on Stitt didn’t work the first time, what makes you think it will this time? And who do you suggest? No decent DC in his right mind would sign up for one year of this bullshit. Making a fall-guy is just kicking the can down the road. They’re a package deal and I would return to sender

I agree. The only sane move would be to elevate a coach already on staff. There may not be one ready but I doubt a guy like Schillinger would be any worse.

Agree with this. You hire a head coach to be the CEO of the program. If, as an AD, you start placing caveats on personnel (extreme cases notwithstanding (selling meth, etc)) at best you are undermining your coaches authority and more likely, admitting one’s own failure in finding the right head coach. If the head coach you hired cant properly assess his own personnel and make necessary changes, that’s an indictment on the HC and the AD who hired him imo.

Yep, Stitt forced out a good DC to hire a terrible DC. The buck stops at the top. Stitt is ultimately to blame and needs to move on.

Well then Stitt and Haslam need to go because under "Semore Cat Wins " this team gives up more third and unbelievably long first downs than I have ever seen......

If Stitt can’t see the egg that is Semore, it will be his undoing. If Stitt can’t get a win over the cats and into the playoffs next year, it will be because he was stubborn about Semore and his ineffective and incompetent defensive schemes. Looking ahead at the schedule, if Semore’s defense shows up next year, the Griz could start the season 0-4 and be out of any playoff conversation before the fist month of the season is over.

Strange, I look at the schedule and see it being fairly easy until the final 3. I see 1 loss in the first 8. Optimism vs Pessimism

Yeah, what did you see at this time last year? A win vs. MSU?

It might be because his OC can only score two TDs against those losing cat teams.

Sure, and if we were to play them today, I would see a win today. That's the difference between me and people like you. Life is to short to worry about things we can't control. Lighten up, live a little, enjoy the days we all have left. Today could be our last day, and I'm not going to let a football game sour my attitude on life.

All that negativity surrounding you, very sad.
