No luck on KGVO online either. Just get the same music I got when trying to listen to the Griz vs UCLA game...with the message identifying the station and then saying later "KGVO does not have the rights to stream this program online" :(

Well I heard about 2 seconds of the Griz Fight song right at 7pm, then it cut off and went to talk radio...

Anyone here able to listen to it that could give us some info on what was discussed?

I hope someone can give a summary of what, who, etc was talked about. Thanks in advance from this long distance fan.

Mick, is it possible to listen to the show archived anywhere? I would love that. I get off work at 6 PM and by the time I get home through Denver traffic, it is pretty much done. If you are not sure, who can we email on this? O'day?

Show is on KGVO in Missoula and some other affiliates also carry. It is not archived and I guess Learfield does not allow the streaming. It's way above my pay grade so don't know what to tell you except it was an exceptional show. Frustrates me but I'm just an independent contractor and don't work for either learfield or UM. Jim might have better info than I do. Sorry

Well, let's hope someone can get on here and give somewhat of a summary, would love to hear it.
I'm with ya PeauxRouge! This new radio setup pales in comparison to what we had. I work nights part time and used to love being able to listen to the achieved shows. Thumbs up for the shows and staff, thumbs down for the lack of achieved audio.

Were not going to let Portland beat them twice: A single game that you hope carries over when it is gut check time in a JC atmosphere like UNC or Sac; Thought the zone, which is disguised and a bit tough to recognize, would be effective moer because Howland teams in the past have shown they don't like zone, rather than anything particular they picked up off film; BQ plays more effectively when meeting teams at higher level where the officiating isn't so ticky-tack; Jordan Wood played much more confidently after private meetings with coaches; Cherry is becoming more of a vocal as well as on-the-court leader; John Wooden's daughter congratulated Tinks on the win; his daughter Joselyn got to be there because Tara, the Stanford coach, allowed it. They are on finals break which started Monday. Special to share the win with her; Won't prepare for Great Falls any differently. We are their UCLA after all; This team has already taken the keys and the NCAA experience of a few players has carried over to the 8 new bodys; Long ways to go but basketball IQ is pretty high; Art Steward is OK with coming off the bench and knows he will play 20; Stockton played admirably in relief; Cherry was out for 4 minutes, first real down time in the last 3 games. Derek was out 10 minutes, mostly because of foul trouble, and well rested in the crunch. Geez that's about all I can remember off the top of my bald head lol. Leakage you know

interesting topics; please share if you have anything more :thumb:

Great to hear! Thanks, Mick! Also, liked reading the bit about Jordan's private meetings going will with Tinkle. I guess you can have the meetings and have the result be one of two ways: 1. What we saw with Wood. 2. What happened with Cam Rundles leaving. And that's not a slam on Cam, he just wasn't the right guy for a Tinkle team.

Thanks Mick for the summary. Thanks Everette for the email to O'day. If he wants more feedback on this, let us know.

As an update, Jim forwarded my e-mail to his Learfield contacts.
