Time to clean up the Football Forum

I can already see a difference on the board just by reading through Brint's post-game write up thread. 4 pages and the conversation has been calm, reflective and engaging.

I may talk a little smack once in a while, but I come to this board to get info on your team. I'll have conversations with griz fans in my daily life, and they are always impressed with how much I know about the program. I get that from here. But the last few weeks it's taken me about 5 minutes a day to peruse the forum because the info I'm looking for is buried in a lot of the stuff that's being talked about. So I hope that things get back on track. Its been nice the last few days reading posts here, because I really feel like I'm getting information.

I hope everyone is held to this standard, because it gets old that a certain person who posts a lot here, who likes to go to the Mo Club and wait for someone to show up that doesn't show up, frequently calls people idiots. You would think in his profession, he could find a much more elegant way of saying it, without saying it.

I know its a long season, but this crap has to stop! I am asking ALL posters on Egriz to act like Adults and quit breaking the posting Rules.

In the last two days I have had to give two posters 2 week bans and had to ban another permanently because they continue to Post hateful items or threats.

Please read to rules below and abide by them! I hate to be a hard ass, but a few out there are hell bent on making this forum a personal Display of stupidity.

this is lomg overdue and much appreciated. the way some posters act on here is childish and we need one or two guys to tell them how to act and what they can post. this forum needs more posters like peyton, and player they know things and make good posts when others are starting rubbish threads. meaningless rubbish threads are pure poppycock plain and simple.
