Great job kids!

Looks like the team that Temple University is bringing in to Missoula to play 14 December is having a fairly decent year so far (3 - 1). They defeated Auburn recently 78 - 74; but they lost to #21 (AP Poll) - (#18 USA Today) Michigan State 70 - 74 in a game they say they let slip away from them < http://owlsports.com/news/2013/11/26/WBB_1126130743.aspx" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
They have a pair of 6' 4" freshmen but their two main scorers are 5' 6" junior Tyonne Williams (16.0 ppg) and 5' 7" freshman Feyonda Fitzgerald (14.5 ppg).

LG have looked great so far. Their offense is already looking like post season LG offense and their defense is about as good as always. I'm really impressed with the bench depth and all the young ladies that are contributing a lot already. Another thing, they shoot a lot of threes and Sullivan and Selvig move out to the perimeter frequently, yet they still manage to do a good job fighting for rebounds.

If they keep it up, LG should be 7-0 (1-4 NDSU, 3-2 UC Irvine/1-4 Loyola Marymount, 3-2 Idaho, UC Irvine/1-4 App State remain) heading into the Temple rematch.

Temple also handed Delaware (#7 in latest Collegeinsider.com Top 25 poll) its only loss on the season so far. The LG finish off the OOC schedule with Temple and @ Wyoming (WY is currently undefeated). If they can at least split those two, they will have a pretty good looking resume heading into conference play.

That's what I was kind of hoping for, though it is quite premature to consider consistency on such an extended road trip. Glad to see that two true freshmen are averaging between them sixteen points off the bench so far.
