The longest week of the year for this GRIZ fan. The week leading to the 1st game of the year always seems to drag for me, and I get a serious case of insomnia. Would not change it. While things are peaceful in GRIZ NATION, I love GRIZ NATION. Thought I'd get that out of the way before the chaos of the season hits. EGRIZ will be flooded by the trolls from EWU, MSU, NDSU, etc. GRIZ egrizzers will be bickering over play calling, coaching decisions, players not executing, players not doing this or that, complaining about pregame, critiquing Monte and Mo, bitching about game day environment being too corporate, boring, etc.

I F'n love it..............GRIZ football season is here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cheers, bottoms up for the women, tops down), drink up, etc. GO GRIZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :thumb:

Laugh all you want but Thundar is a huge improvement as compared to their former mascots. The last mascot "Buffet" was very popular but his time was short-lived after Buffalo Wild Wings sued UNDSU for copyright infringement.

And of course who could forget the ill-fated 2007 UNDSU mascot "Horny", the hybrid homoerotic half-man half bison mascot who was arrested for child endangerment during that year's Harvest Parade in Dickenson. A complete embarrassment that could very well have hurt the university's reputation if anyone actually paid attention to that state or that university.
