It reminds me of being a kid on Christmas eve. I can't wait for the new coach to be named.

Remember when Glenn was named? (IT was only 3 years ago.)
That was exciting. I hope our new coach is as good as Joe, and his staff is even better than the one we had.

I remember, people in Missoula were saying "Why did we hire him, weren't there more qualified coaches, bigger names, better schools", "Why are we hiring a guy that was on the only Griz staff to get fired"?
How did he respond, by winning all but 6 games in 3 years, 2 trips to the chipper and delivering a championship trophy. Yes, he'll be missed and my family will miss our friends on his staff, but he did do exactly what he came here to do.....WIN!!! Let's hope to he11 the next coach we hire has the same drive and expectations. After all we fans are pretty spoiled, when going 10-2 and losing in the quarterfinals of the playoffs is considered a down year.

Good perspective Geaux. This IS pretty exciting. We are a very hyper bunch, and most of us operate on a hair trigger. We just need to chill and enjoy what our future can become. Yes Joe is gone, it sucks, but there is not a one of us who wouldn't do the same. (I guess that is debatable.) We must move on. This is what college football and especially 1-aa, is all about. Change will be constant. So let's sit back and wait to see who we end up with. Come on admit it, this is fun.

This is fun... I've enjoyed losing sleep and wondering what the future holds for the Griz. I've enjoyed reading so many rumors and pure crap about "who said what" or "who is coming or going". I've enjoyed watching Todd Reed's slick black/white skunky 'doo and his puffy face spew about Joe Glenn.

I personally couldn't think of a funner thing to be doing two weeks from Christmas! Except maybe getting my nuts chewed off by a rabid pit bull. THAT... would be funner than this has been.

GGG-

Is "funner" a real word?

And b4 you head down to the dog pound, you should try just slamming you nuts in the door.

The Door doesn't require food or water.

I would rather not think about my husband's nuts being chewed, pinched, punched, knocked, kicked or even cut off - just for the sake of one football team.
And, no, funner is not a word in Websters. The correct phrase is more fun. I have been working for 10-plus years to make GGG more gramatically correct. Sorry guys.
