Are these seniors the last class from the Hauck era? It is either this class or the next one. Either way though this senior class has been a part of some great Grizzly football, at least one national championship game appearance for some and a national semifinal appearance. I will have plenty of memories of this senior class, I will really miss seeing #8 Sam Gratton out there, he has been my favorite Griz player other than Mariani, I know Sam didn't have a great senior year, but he always gave his all out there. Dan Moore, I don't even have to say much more than just his name and it brings a smile to the face of his power running and hurdling the unexpecting defenders, what could have been if he had been healthy his whole career. His running style and heart that he showed blocking and playing on special teams was very inspiring, he is what Griz football is all about. Peter gave us many exciting runs in the last 2 seasons, and had exciting kick returns in the years prior. He had one short run yesterday where he totally trucked one of the linebackers for the Cats. I will miss the seeing the little guy running around out there (although I have been hard on him and his return struggles) I won't miss getting the number 28 confused with the 26 in the backfield next season. Greg Hardy had some memorable plays in his career too. Josh Harris has been very good on the dline the last few season. I know I am not naming all the seniors but you are not forgotten. Most of these kids had 3 different coaches in their since they came to the program, changes in styles of play and still they enjoyed much success. Thank you all for the memories that you have given us over the years, good luck to all of you in the next step in your lives after college.

I forgot to mention Gerald Kemp, one of the most hyped Griz players in recent memory, he also showed what it is to be a Grizzly by even getting out on the field this year, many players would have just hung it up. Also forgot Bryce Carver, another Montana kid that made some great plays at receiver. I see we lose a couple of lineman and Josh Stuberg at linebacker and career special teamer Caleb Walden would like to have seen him get some carries, I believe he scored a special teams td vs UNC.

Thanks to all you Seniors! Dan Moore and Gerald Kemp way to stay with it when times were tough and finish it out!!! You are all team players, and best of luck!! :thumb:
