As much as I love going to the Griz games, I also enjoy when they are on the road. I can catch the first half of a Big 10 game on ESPN, watch the griz, catch the cat score at commercials, and watch, ACC, SEC, BIG 12, and then PAC 10 games as I slip into unconciousness from wings, jumbalaya, and beer. I love all kinds of college football. I even watch D2 and D3 championships when they show them on ESPN.
As far as the initial question, I like anyone from the SEC at the end of the season if they make it through the conference and the stupid conference championship game. Likely Florida or Georgia. Georgia is dealing with a lot of off field issues right now. It makes the "world's largest outdoor cocktail party" an interesting game this year. USC is always tough, and their conference schedule helps. I don't see anyone from the big 10 slipping in this year. Clemson in the ACC could run the table due to a down year in the conference. Texas and Oklahoma will go as far as their quartebacks take them this year.
Dark horse BCS buster this year in the vein of Boise and Hawaii is Fresno State. I heard that Fresno State has 23 former players in the NFL. I am a huge Pat Hill fan. That guy will take on anyone and he recruits diamonds in the rough.
In conclusion................................. Fresno State versus USC. East coast bias be damned!
