Well, its about time you finally admitted your short comings, HHB. Confirms my suspicions.

Anything standing in the way/hindering a Griz NC should be eliminated. That includes having to practice at New Dornblaser. Get WGS ready for Fall Camp by Monday. Cancel the proposed concerts, or have THEM at New Dornblaser. If Missoula wants a 25,000 to 30,000 seat Amphitheater, they can built one on their own dime. I'm sure the Missoula residents would demand to be taxed to pay for it.

DB says it holds 7,500 for sporting events. If you take out the seats behind where the band is, that would probably be the same amount for a concert even after filling the floor.

Here's another 'H' word to ponder: How in the hell was it determined to schedule concerts in WGS knowing damn well Fall Camp started Aug. 4 and season opening home game was Aug. 31? It all leads back to another 'H', Haslam. This whole project has, indeed, been a cluster fk from day one. Twenty-two months behind schedule, as it stands now. Now they are 'hoping' for the 'Grand Opening' in mid-September. Here's a 'H' question, Kent, how many UM employees were fired, or told to quit over UMs admitted bungling in this sorted affair? Is there any accountability at UM, or is it just CYA, and 'good enough for government work,' as usual?

Because WGS isn’t used all that often for Fall camp. They mostly use Dornblaser anyway.

Of course the University would do it when those concerts are bringing in money to UM.

lol, I remember all too well the no-show THEM concert in '65.
 
I got curious about where Dornblaser is and just looked it up. I didn't realize it wasn't right there with everything's else.

As I said before, WGS is a FOOTBALL STADIUM, not an entertainment Amphitheater. The football is Griz Football. Other FOOTBALL games have been played there, but not to displace GRIZ FOOTBALL. UM administration is counting its chickens before they are hatched, by scheduling concerts there knowing damn well the need of the football team to use HOME FIELD ADVANTAGE to its OPTIMAL advantage(long term continual use to maximize results). Closed practices a Dornblaser or the 'Bubble Without A Bubble' is a joke.

This 'practice at the indoor facility' is pie in the sky. THE 'BUBBLE' IS NOT FINISHED, YET! Having to practice at Dornblaser is bullshit. The UM administration is using the football team like a vampire would use a Blood Bank, sucking off as much as it can without a permanent loss of its supply. Alum and Administration claim the NC is the brass ring, but Administration hamstrings the team little by little with this kind of myopic stupidity, and ineptness.
I'm still waiting for a line by line retort to my previous posts. MMF made a good swing at one. One. I guess not one on eGriz 'has game.' Just the personal shots.

They practiced at Dornblaser the entirety of fall camp last year and we did just fine. There is more space and it's on natural grass, which is way less stress on the players' legs and bodies than the turf at WGS.

Guns and Roses and last Pearl Jam concerts were on August 13 in 2021 and 2018 respectfully So these are a little later. All three are going to bring a buch of money to Missoula and UM. All three pack arenas around the world. Pretty amazing week for Missoula. But I see that the Rolling Stones played Wa Griz on Oct 4, 2006 right in middle of season.
