Haslam specifically says that they are holding off on installing the dome until after September 1st, so that the team can practice on the new turf while they can't use WaGriz. Once they start the dome installation, the facility will not be available until it is complete, due to safety issues. The turf installation is expected to be complete by the end of this week.

So all the wailing and gnashing of teeth is just histrionics.

We prefer to see that things are constructed well the first time. It helps alleviate the risk of, ohhh I dunno, maybe the roof collapsing.

That roof collapse somehow turned out to be a great thing for MSU.
