If EWU had anybody who could make a decent allyoop pass, he would have had at least 4 spectacular dunks against the Griz in the playoff game this year.

All athletic team:

1. Henry Bekkering EWU
2. Matt Dlhouy UM
3. Nick Dissly MSU
4. Guy from Sac St (the human high light reel guy)

No offense to Bekkering, he is an absolutely amazing athlete, but Pugh out of Sac. St. is considered one of the best dunkers in all of college basketball ( He got 2nd in this year's college dunk contest) , so until bekkering reaches that echelon, I am going to have to go with Pugh as the best athlete in Big Sky basketball.

The dunk contest was only for college seniors. I have no doubt that Bekkering would have won the competition this year, and he will win it when he's a senior.

I do agree that Pugh is a great athlete and would put him right behind Bekkering and in front of Dlouhy and Dis.

Pugh is a great dunker yes, but I feel that he just has gotten a lot more exposure then Bekkering due to geography. Bekkering grew up in Canada for gosh sakes, and Pugh had the advantage to start his college career at UMass. If Bekkering would have lived in the U.S. his whole life he would be considered one of the nations top dunkers at any level.

So is this just to talk about his skills or did I see somebody say he's coming to Montana?

:o :o Henry Bekkering 12 minutes 1 rebound in first game at Eastern vs Montana. :o :o

:o :o Henry Bekkering 4 minutes 1 rebound vs Montana in Missoula regular season. :o :o

:o :o Henry Bekkering 7 minutes 0 rebounds in the quarter finals. :o :o

6' 9"player played ahead of Hank transfers??

:o :o I missed something!! :o :o

There is a huge difference between being a phenomenal athlete who can dunk a basketball, and being a good basketball player. If simply being a good athlete guaranteed you a spot on the court, then a kid like Kevin Criswell wouldnt be playing, or Larry Bird wouldnt have been either.
