What an amazing ride this season was, from opening the season vs Appalachian State with Navy Seal skydiving team and welcoming Jordan Johnson back to the field as our starting Quarterback, to a tough post season loss where the offense put up 557 yards in 0 degree weather and JJ had 388 passing yards. There were many great moments and games this year, too many too list them all. But here are some memories we will never forget from this season.

The game vs App St the atmosphere with pregame skydivers and fireworks and the crowd at night in the summer it was great, and who can forget Trayvon Van juking out half the App defense. Clay Pierson caught 3 td's in one game this season, and Johnson to Henderson emerged as one of the most deadly combos in Griz history. Brock Coyle had a great season at middle linebacker, from his OT pick vs Poly, to his Griz-Cat forced fumbles, and today vs CC when a play had to be made by our D, Brock strips the ball from the QB and recovers it. His heart and passion this year was inspiring and he will be missed next season.

Also, who can forget Marlon Miles scoring vs Weber St and how the whole team was so excited for him. This is what college football is all about!!

It was truly a joy to watch the seniors Jordan Tripp and Brock Coyle over the past few seasons and JP also wrapped up (that might not be the right word) a fine career with the Griz. Bo Tully quietly had a pretty good season from his safety post and Cam Warren made quite a few big catches this season. Pierson I already mentioned but he did a great job at Tight End this season, really good when you consider the position changes he went though, Danny Kisler was all conference first team again, Anthony Goodwin had many pass break ups this season especially vs PSU, and it will be hard to forget Alex Bienneman on the defensive line, he has been solid in there for a while now. Already mentioned Marlon Miles, we are also losing Kjelby Oilland and William Poehls off the Oline they have started the last 2 years I believe, and I lastly mention Steven Rominger he didnt play alot but was always in on Special teams.

We won't forget the games vs Sacramento St, Cal Poly, and South Dakota, all games that the Griz could have given up and lost, but they didn't, they fought until the very end and pulled them out!!

We all forget how tough it was to be a fan last season and suffer though that with our boys, this year was a great year and here is looking forward to 2014 being just as good!! Up with Montana boys, down with the Foe!!!

I know I forgot to mention the Jordan Canada has an outstanding year at running back too, had a 78 yard touchdown vs Weber St and 2 critical touchdown runs vs MSU.
