The Lady Griz battled hard, but came up 7 points short. Took it down to 4 within the last two minutes.

Only 6 teams have lost to UCLA by 7 points. UCLA has lost only to Stanford (3 times) and LSU this year.

Selvig made some nice adjustments at halftime.

19 steals by UCLA. UCLA had only a handful more rebounds. Offensive rebounds about even. Smith had 14. Ena 9.

Mid December, if you had told me that the Griz would be within 4 of ucla with under two to go in the NCAAs, I would have laughed my ass off. But I don't know why I ever doubt Rob. He gets 'em ready to play.

All in all, it's great to be a GRIZ!
