Since college football is all about entertainment shouldn't coaches be term limited to keep the program entertaining?
Hauck is boring and nearing Joe Paterno status, off and on for 25 years is just too much. He should see the hand writing on the wall. Regardless of what his die hard supporters post here, the end is nearing. I am ready for the next chapter.

Well, I am certainly not a Hauck apologist and I was pretty critical of his performance as a coach this year. Really coaches do have term limits with their contracts. The mistake is offering contracts that are too lengthy in duration. Hauck just went to the natty last year. Tough to argue that he should be replaced. I get where you are coming from though and I do believe the FCS is severely watered down. The Griz were a mediocre team this year. The defense was Swiss cheese. There was no identify on offense since the staff just couldn’t seem to pick a QB. The oline underperformed. The 3-3-5 stinks and special teams weren’t very special. Hauck should be feeling some pressure. I would like to see him adapt. I don’t think it will happen. Next year is a big year for him as far as tenure is concerned. Maybe he should be on a one year contract. The pressure might help him.

I think coaches should have enter the portal and schools could bid on them.
