Uh so how in the hell do I download a VPN? Serious question. Will that Jack my phone up?
Here is a list for free phone vpns (this is for android phones).

https://www.guru99.com/free-vpns-for-android.html

Here is a free vpn for I phones/ I pads.

https://apps.apple.com/us/app/free-vpn-by-free-vpn-org/id1050171910

Although I would suggest using a laptop/desktop using a VPN is the same regardless of the device.

Step 1) Connect to the internet.

Step 2) Run the VPN

Step 3) Select a server in an Eastern state within the VPN application. Keep the VPN on.

Step 4) Log on to ESPN+ like normal.

Note. Just make sure to turnoff the VPN after you are done watching.

Edit: Here are free VPNs for Windows computers. https://www.guru99.c om/best-free-vpns-for-windows.html

Not true. I could not get the SUU game blacked out in about six states. I'm going to be majorly bummed if this happens saturday

You turned on your TV with either DirecTV or cable that has ROOT and the TV said blacked out?? I call BS

Direct Tv with root and got the notice this game is blacked out in your area.
I'm sorry you call BS, I watched a replay of the game several hours later. Happened at both home and work. Work I could understand we don't pay for the sports pack.

I am doing the latter. Sure hope it works. :( :(

It will work. Test it on the replay of the SUU game. VPN off -- SUU game blacked out. VPN on and set to Missouri -- SUU game should work.

Thank you. I got the replay of the SUU game both with and without the VPN turned on. Have NO idea why, as I am in Townsend Mt.,but should be good to go for Cat-Griz. Appreciate the help...GO GRIZ!

Don't question psych! I didn't believe him and had to eat crow. It WILL work!!

I wasn't questioning him, just was expressing my hope that it works for me, at the right time, that's all. :)

Then the replay isn't blacked out and the test wasn't conclusive.

I get it. I had the same concerns before the SUU game and was trying to reassure you in a light-hearted way. 😉

Thanks for all in the posts, used to be the Missoulian would cite how to watch the game.....not too much anymore though, with all this mess no wonder! Missoulian did report on the mess today, but didn't even mention ESPN+ possibility.

For me, I just always need to remember to log into the VPN and start a fresh session before I try opening or logging into ESPN. As long as I do in the correct order I've had zero problems.

Thanks Grizpsych. Used the SurfShark VPN. Set location to Boston and it worked great!
