Tarleton University Moving Up to FCS; Joining WAC

With this being the case I think it would behoove certain schools that aren't full-time Big Sky members perhaps switch conferences to help with OOC Scheduling:

WAC (FCS):
-Tarlerton State (D2 Move Up)
-Dixie State (D2 Move Up)
-Central Washington (D2 Move Up)
-Cal Poly (Football Affiliate BSC)
-UC Davis (Football Affiliate BSC)
-San Diego (Better Conference Alignment)
-New Mexico State (Drop Down to FCS)

This would leave room for more D2 schools to move up to Division 1, there are probably quite a few that are interested in the idea.
