SWX question

I am trying to help a non-digital-age family member in Missoula understand how to watch Griz games and get everything set up for them to do that with an ESPN+ subscription, etc. I have the schedules off of GoGriz.com that show the viewing options, but when it shows “SWX” as an option, is that the ABC/FOX KTMF channel available through Dish, local cable, etc., or is it the SWX over-the-air channel (which I think is 23.3)? Thanks to any who can provide guidance —
