Lower level FCS programs???? GA Southern and Appy have a lot of FCS hardware between them. SHSU is no slouch, either.

Overall in the FBS landscape it's a yawn. When the big boys decide their final parameters these leftovers will look again at the landscape and we can have a rational discussion . At that point we can join with our peers..it won't be long.
