Student Loan Scandal

As noted on SacBuzz today, there is a wide-spread investigation by the NY AG's office into illegal kickbacks from student loan companies to universities involving student-athletes. This is hitting some big-name (and some not-so-big-name) schools. Included are some very prominent SEC and Pac-10 institutions.

The only Big Sky school being implicated is Sac State.

Student loans are a crock of shit anyways. I had mine through the lender Sallie Mae.. that company sucked so much balls I can't even tell you how pissed off at that company I am (was). Thank god Student Assistance of Montana called.. customer support is right in Helena, no mess that goes with 'em.. great to work with.
