Reminds me of the movie Miracle where coach Herb Brooks makes all the hockey players take a long written test. The movie portrayed this test as a way for the coach to find out the mental makeup of the players. It is probably safe to assume Stitt's test is very similar. Stitt seems determined to find the best players, not solely based on athletic talent.

Perhaps the questions were adapted from Brooks' questions, so now we're attracting guys with more aptitude for hockey than football.
