Stender had a nice game, in both halves. Baker's rebounding and free throw shooting offset her lack of offense. Sullivan had a very nice game off the bench, and it was her multiple good plays that were key to the turnaround in the second half. Later in the half, Hill had some nice play too, including a key 3 pointer. I don't know why Selvig stuck so long with the zone early in the game. ISU hit 4 three-pointers in a row in the early part of the game. UM missed about 5 or 6 point blank shots or lay-ins in the first half. Selvig said later that he didn't think he had ever seen that occur before. It was ugly at times in the first half. UM had only 6 baskets in the first 24.5 minutes, is my recollection.
