All three are here still because of the little guys and gals.
Annette is happy where she is with no desire to be a head coach. If it weren't for having her first kid, she would have been somewhere else. Cate has a desire to someday be a head coach but not yet as she is happy the way things are. Duce appears to be happy here, although no mention on whether she has a desire to step up to a head coaching position.

By time Robin retires this person just maybe ready to be a head coach, and has the desire to be one, too.
