Almost nailed it! I had the Griz dropping to #8 … they only dropped to #7. Somewhat surprised they dropped NDSU to #4, but not shocked. Just noticed: The pollsters really rewarded Idaho ... jumping them all the way tp #17.

I honestly thought that it might drop them out of the top 10. It’s a generous ranking if you ask me. Which no one does for some reason…

you seem way too excited about the griz dropping in the polls
Nope. You have it backwords: I'm excited that the Griz didn't drop further. There's a hint of why they stayed high in how the pollsters rewarded Idaho ... jumping them from unranked to #17.

I guessed #8, but would not have been surprised at a #10-12.

Credibility hit for poll (again): Two "national media" panelists gave their First-Place votes to Jackson State. How big a joke is that?

Wow....NDSU dropped to 4th and Sac State passed MSU to become 2nd

Well Sac State has been plowing through everyone they've faced so far, so #2 is well-earned at this point. Gonna be a battle for the Griz on Saturday. If we can recover and beat Sac, we'll be back in the top 5 again at #5, maaaybe #4.
