The pollsters dropped Tarleton State exactly as I expected, and the Griz did move up one spot. They also dropped the four I expected out of the Top-25, bringing in a bunch of new replacements.

Just so you know: I checked the back posting at STATS.com, and Western Carolina was NOT #24 in the previous poll. They were not even in the Top-25. Still, I cut him some slack ... he has a lot of stuff to put together in a hurry.

I would think if the Griz won 2 of the next 3 they are a definite top 8 seed. Win all three and might get the #2 seed. Big game this week on ESPN2, looking forward to seeing if we more "fool's gold" or "look out FCS here come the Griz."
