The annual Griz Football Spring Game returns home in 2023, set to be held in Missoula at Washington-Grizzly Stadium for the first time since 2018, the Grizzly Scholarship Association (GSA) announced Monday.
The 2023 GSA Spring Game, which concludes Montana's 15-practice spring season, is set for Friday, April 7, at 6 p.m.
The GSA will also host a pregame tailgate party starting at 4 p.m. Fans are also invited to stay following the game to meet the team and collect autographs.
Tickets for the spring scrimmage are on sale now at GrizTix.com and at the Adams Center Ticket Office. All tickets to the event are general admission and cost $10 each. University of Montana students get in free with a valid Griz Card.
All proceeds from the event go to the GSA and its mission to provide scholarships to student-athletes. To learn more about the GSA, visit UpwithMontana.com.
The Grizzlies are scheduled to begin spring ball on Wednesday, March 1, with the Spring Game concluding the period April 7. Practices are generally held each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (unless otherwise noted), with a pause for spring break the week of March 20-24.
Practices are open to Quarterback Club members only. For more info on how to join the Quarterback Club, visit GoGriz.com/QBClub.
Also highlighting Montana's spring schedule is Pro Day on the morning of April 4, when former Grizzlies return to Missoula to test their strength, speed, and agility for professional scouts.
Montana opens the 2023 season at home on Sept. 2 in a first-time matchup against the Butler Bulldogs out of Indianapolis, Indiana.
