The Cats continue to have the weakest SOS in the conference in Sagarin. Cats are 198. UM is 169. UM's 4th weakest. Weber's and Davis' are weaker. Cats will improve after Davis and UM. New Mexico is up to 120.
In Massey, Cats are 38 in SOS, and UM is 29. I think Cats are 2d lowest in conference, but was only skimming. CP is lowest. PSU has the toughest SOS in FCS.
