Nate was on his way to being fired before the teams resurgence last year. I think Nate saw the writing on the wall, knew that 2004-2005 was not repeatable, and blew out of town.
I agree the problem with the Sonics is Wally Walker. However, Ray Allen is signed to a ling term contract, and I like Ridnour, and Nick Colison has shown some promise.
I love Danny fortsen, even though he is a head case, just because he is so entertaining. I would trade Rashard Lewis (reminds me too much of Derrick McKey), and get rid of Radmanovic, who seems to think his only job is to shot the occasional 3.
I liked those 90's teams too, but real nostalgia how about when Chambers, Ellis and X were all throwing in 20+ points a night, beating Dallas and Houston in the Western Conference playoffs. They couldn't handle the Lakers then (who could), but they were fun to watch.
